Today I am posting again, this work is fan art from a new manga entitled Kaiju no. 8, and reportedly the anime will air soon.
And a little about Kaiju 8
Kaiju No.8 (Japanese: 怪獣8号, Hepburn: Kaijū 8-gou), also known in English as Monster #8, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Naoya Matsumoto. It has been serialized for free on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ app and website since July 2020, with its chapters collected in 11 tankōbon volumes in December 2023. The story follows Kafka Hibino, a man who, after swallowing a kaiju, gained the ability to transform into one and now must navigates using his powers while trying to be part of an organization that eliminates kaiju to fulfill a promise he made to his childhood friend.
This manga is very exciting, and I can't wait to see it adapted into anime, has anyone here read the Kaiju No. 1 manga? These 8?
And this work depicts Kaiju No. 8 defeating a giant Kaiju in the middle of the ruins of a building. For Kaiju No. 8, this is an authentic original character with a little of my drawing style, but for the giant Kaiju it is just my composition, so the scene of the place and the monster fighting Kaiju No. This .8 actually doesn't have anything like this😁
This work is in a comic style, and the comic coloring is a bit painterly.
