En mi caso mi día fue muy variado, entre las cosas que hice les puedo mencionar que elaboré algunas cartas escritas, ayudé a mi hija a confeccionar una prenda que nos encargaron, apoyé con el almuerzo, con la limpieza de la cocina, pero luego me sentí muy fatigada al grado que mi cuerpo pedía dormir.

Después de mandarme a tomar la tensión con mi hija, me quedé acostada escuchando en mi celular unas melodías con sonidos de agua y canto de pájaros. La verdad eso me relajó tanto que me dormí por un momento profundamente. Estaba pendiente de la visita de mi amada amiga Isabel, siempre que viene a casa nos reímos mucho, ella es como un bálsamo, me relaja y hace que me olvide de todas mis preocupaciones.
