Bruno Mars career/songs and 10k Starbits giveaway

Uptown Funk has filed a new copyright infringement lawsuit. Mark Ronson is accused of copying Zapp's 1980 classic "More Bounce to the Ounce" without permission. This is very clear. Shamelessly copy. Another thing is the "musical liar" Mark Ronson, who makes a living by copying music from "soul" albums like the one he made with Amy Winehouse, the greatest Atlantic hits of the 60s and records from the 70s. Liars have very short legs.

Lastrada Entertainment, owner of "More Bounce," filed the complaint. The lawsuit alleges that Ronson "obviously" plagiarized the Bruno Mars song. The complaint cites several similarities, including a "three-note introduction" on the guitar and the word "doh." The complaint also cites an interview in which Ronson expressed his admiration for Zapp and Roger Troutman.

Jeff Bhasker and Philip Martin Lawrence Smithington, who sang the song, are also named as plaintiffs, along with the record label and digital streaming platform. Lastrada Entertainment is seeking damages, a jury trial and a permanent injunction against Ronson, who continues to profit from the song. A spokeswoman for Ronson declined to comment.

Currently, "Uptown Funk" has been the subject of several legal battles, including Ronson and Mars' accusation of infringing on the Collage Young Girls single. Gap received songwriting credit after citing similarities between "Uptown Funk" and his 1979 hit "Oops Upside Your Head." . “Pretty Boy” Mark Ronson is a clear plagiarist.
