Life is already far too serious, so we shouldn't make it any more difficult than it already is. And that's exactly why sometimes it's better not to write about all the suffering and misery in this world, but rather to choose a lighter and more upbeat topic with which you can put a little smile on your own face and maybe a few other people's faces too.
So today I'm once again sharing a few roof tile pictures that I took some time ago on Kawara Road, the roof tile street. Various companies specializing in the manufacture of, yes, I'm sure you can guess by now, roof tiles. Roof tiles may not be the latest craze or the biggest attraction, but sometimes they manage to give people a bit of a good time. At least it worked quite well for me, so I was happy to return to this place a second time.
Who wouldn't like to have a few cats running around on their fence or roof, which are a real eye-catcher. I, at least, was delighted to see them and it worked quite well with the little ones too. A little 'play' is part of life, and the best place to start is in your immediate surroundings.

Das Leben ist bereits viel zu ernst, da sollten wir es nicht noch schwieriger machen, als es es ja bereits schon ist. Und genau aus diesem Grund schreibt man manchmal besser nicht über all das Leid und Unbill dieser Welt, sondern sucht sich lieber ein leichteres und beschwingtes Thema aus, mit welchem man sich selbst und vielleicht auch ein paar anderen Menschen ein kleines Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern kann.
Daher gibt es heute wieder einmal ein paar Dachziegelbilder, welche ich vor einiger Zeit auf der Kawara-Road, der Dachziegelstraße aufgenommen hatte. Dort präsentieren sich verschiedene Firmen, die sich auf die Herstellung von, ja ich bin mir sicher, dass ihr es euch nun denken könnt, spezialisiert haben. Dachziegel mögen nun nicht unbedingt der letzte Schrei und die größte Attraktion sein, aber auch damit kann man manchmal den Menschen ein wenig gute Laube bereiten. Bei mir hatte das zumindest ganz gut geklappt, so dass ich gerne ein zweites Mal hierher zurückgekehrt bin.
Wer hätte denn nicht gerne ein paar Katzen auf seinem Zaun oder seinem Dach zu laufen, die nun wirklich ein richtiger Hingucker sind. Mich zumindest haben sie begeistert und auch bei den Kleinen hatte das ganz gut geklappt. Ein wenig Spielerei gehört doch zum Leben dazu, und damit fängt man am besten in seiner unmittelbaren Umgebung an.
So let's just check out at this gang of cats again for a longer moment, and look at how they balance so elegantly along the wall. Always following the leader, who occasionally looks around to see if everyone is still behind. Who knows what these rascals are up to and where they will be playing their pranks soon. I at least wish them a lot of fun and am already looking forward to meeting them again. That will certainly happen one day in the not too distant future...
Also schauen wir einfach noch einmal für einen längeren Moment auf diese Katzenbande, wie sie dort so elegant auf der Mauer entlang balanzieren. Immer dem Anführer hinterher, welcher sich ab und zu mal umsieht, ob auch alle noch folgen. Wer weiß, wass diese Schlingel im Schilde führen und wo sie und wem sie demnächst ihre Streiche spielen. Ich zumindest wünsche ihnen dabei viel Spaß und freue mich schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen. Dazu kommt es mit Sicherheit eines nicht all zu fernen Tages...
