In our world today, it's easier for one to get caught in negativity. With constant bad news roaming around the society and social media comparison. Well a lot of people underestimate the power of positivity. However I have experienced the power of positivity and I strongly believe that it is surely a game changer.
Positivity is a powerful tool that has helped me navigate life and challenges with ease, it is a choice and a mindset, it is more than just a feel good emotion. When life is approached with positive attitude, it open you up to the world of opportunities, possibilities and growth
Personally how is possibility important to me? I so much believe that positivity is the foundation which most aspects of life are build on. When youre positive, you're more confident, more motivated and more empowered to take on challenges and pursue your set-goals. Possibilities has helped me over the years to develop a mindset of growth, which is crucial for innovation, learning and progress.
Can positively actually take one far? Yes of course! Positivity have had good impact both on physical and psychological health,career success, relationships, and individual well being.

How can one plan on staying positive?
Practice Gratitude: starting each day by writing down at least two things you're grateful for. This has helped me to shift my focus to positive aspect of my life journey and also helped me to set positive tone for the day.
Speak words of affirmation to yourself: by using positive words of affirmation to reprogram your day e.g (I'm blessed, I carry favour, nothing dies in my hand, I'm light and I illuminate everywhere I enter). This has helped me to stay focus to some extend.
Surround yourself with positivity: positive people, books and podcast that inspired and uplift you.
Focus more on your physical health: learn to prioritise your physical health. You can be helpful to yourself by getting a regular exercise, eat balanced diet and try every possible best to get enough sleep.
Making mindful effort to redefine negative thoughts and focus on solutions rather than problems. Learn to celebrate your success no matter how small they seem to appear.
I have learnt to put this positive strategies into my daily life, and I'm so confident someone out there will be able to stay positive, motivated and focused once these strategies are applied. Positivity has the power to transform lives in tremendous ways once applied.
By all means we can try to make positivity a priority this year. We can choose to focus on the good, and learn to celebrate our success by ourselves. And we can do well to support one another on our journey. I possible to create a positive and community around us. And it is a goal worth striving for.
