Have a wonderful day/evening, dear Hivers!!

Let me share "A Yummy Coffee Jelly with Mocha Cake" with you.

These were our desserts during my daughter's birthday. But anyway, we sometimes have this even without any occasion because we all love coffee jelly. We mostly have it when we’re craving it or if the weather is hot because this is also quite refreshing.

This is just so simple and with minimal ingredients. So, come and let's make coffee jelly now...😊

Super Yummy Coffee Jelly (+ Mocha Cake)...🍰☕

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1.5L Water
    • 3 tbsp Dark Coffee (Nescafé Tradição Forte)
    • 1 sachet Unflavored Gelatin
    • 1 can Condensed Milk
    • 1 can Evaporated Milk
    • 1 packet Creamer
    • 2 tbsp of Brown or White Sugar (optional)

    PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME:

Prepare a pan or cooker, put 1.5L of water and then gradually add the gelatin powder while stirring. When the gelatin dissolves well already, put or add 3 tbsp of coffee if you like a stronger taste, but if you like a lighter taste of coffee just put 2 tbsp. Then, add 2 tbsp of brown sugar then stir continuously until they are fully dissolved.

Then, put on the heat of the cooker and bring it to a boil while stirring. Let it boil for just a few minutes. Then, put off the heat and transfer the mixture into a clean and dry molder. Let it cool down at room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes or until it becomes firm.

When it has cooled down and is firm already, slice the coffee jelly into smaller cubes, transfer them into a bigger container, and then set aside.

Mix the creamer with condensed milk in a big bowl or any bigger container. Mix them well.(You can also add 1/2 tbsp of coffee).

Then, add the evaporated milk and mix them well again. After mixing the creamer and milk, mix them with the slices of coffee jelly. Then refrigerate.

After an hour or so, here's our super yummy coffee jelly. The jelly was perfectly firm. It's neither very hard nor very soft. You can feel the subtle taste in it.

We paired it with mocha cake. They are really a good combination that satiates your palate.
Let's have some guys...🥰 I hope you like these kinds of desserts, too.

Thank you so much for stopping by and God bless... ❣🙏
