The routine thing that I do lately is forcing myself to be able to reach 10k steps. I have been doing it for more than 1 week. It is not easy but also not difficult.
A little tricky because I have to wake up early to run in the morning, even earlier than usual. But, when the number on my watch starts to show 10k steps, I will be very happy.
Starting a calorie deficit again because it seems like my body fat has increased a little.
