When I started Hive my only goal was that people could see what I was passionate about doing, or at least one of the things I was most passionate about: Art.
Over time I was able to develop in other subjects that I also liked but that I never suspected I would get so caught up in, such as photography and writing. Now it's something I really enjoy.
It was a difficult path, especially because I wanted to preserve my privacy and anonymity, which are very important things in my life.
It has been a path of challenges, achievements, learning, mistakes, successes and many experiences that led me to improve every day.
When I started I knew that there were different levels, but I didn't focus on that, I just focused on improving every day and doing what I liked.
I always set myself steps to overcome, challenges, and one by one I reached them. Little things that motivate you and when you achieve them they give you more strength and encouragement to keep going.
I spent my first year in Hive and that filled me with happiness, then I reached reputation 70, and I was even happier.
A few months ago I decided that my next personal challenge would be to become a Dolphin.
I am very demanding with myself, I would say too much. I am 100% committed to what I do and to the people around me along the way.
I take a lot of responsibility and do my best. Sometimes I demand too much of myself. Sometimes that leads me to stress, which I have to control.
Discipline, perseverance, commitment and hard work have led me to achieve this new challenge that I set myself and I am thrilled to have reached it.
But as I always say, I would not have done it without the great support of many people around me.
People who believed in me, people who were by my side every day, with whom I shared talks, comments, ways of thinking, reflections, laughter and tears, many experiences.
I have a team that we are like a family, we support each other every day in our dreams, we work, we share, we laugh and we move forward.
Together we form a small project in a great illusion: Project @happywhalex and I am very happy to be part of it.
Thanks always great team: @aibi93, @elbuhito, @promete0sz, @sugeily2 and @stellamartinez. Also to all the great group of guys, thank you all. It wouldn't have been the same without all of you.
But not only this great team was close to me, many other people that I appreciate and have come to hold in high esteem along the way. I know I probably won't name them all, but I want them to know that there is great affection from me towards them and that I wouldn't have got to where I am without their presence: @mipiano, @galenkp, @steemflow, @jcrodriguez, @jesuslnrs, @castleberry and all those with whom I share comments and chats every day, you know who they are.
I have met some wonderful people on this journey, a beautiful journey in Hive. And I always say it's the people that matter, and I'm happy to have met so many beautiful people.
Dolphin is a badge, but behind it is much more than that, much more. It means hours of dedication, many hours, creativity, passion, love for what you do and above all a word that is important to me: perseverance.
At the beginning I was very lost, I didn't understand most of the things here, and it took me about five months to find my way, but thanks to all the people I named, after those months, I walked straight and with more wisdom every day.
Hive is a reflection of real life, a small society within the one that represents the world. Therefore, there is a multiplicity of experiences, good and bad.
They all have one thing in common: you learn and I have learned a lot.
Being a Dauphin for me is a great achievement, because it was a big challenge, because I know what it all entails. To continue working here, while in real life not very nice things were happening. So Hive was for me a great help for my mind to be able to be somewhere else.
Again, the most important thing in life is people and I have met fabulous people here. Happy to have met them. To all of them: THANK YOU! Thank you for so much that you have given me and we will continue on this beautiful path.

Cuando comencé en Hive mi única meta era que la gente pudiera ver lo que me apasionaba hacer, o por lo menos una de las cosas que más me apasionaban: El arte.
Con el tiempo pude desarrollarme en otros temas que también me gustaban pero que nunca sospeché me iban a atrapar tanto, como la fotografía y escritura. Ahora es algo que disfruto muchísimo.
Fue un camino difícil, sobre todo porque quise conservar mi privacidad y anonimato, cosas muy importantes para mi vida.
Ha sido un camino de desafíos, logros, aprendizajes, errores, aciertos y muchas vivencias que me llevaron a mejorar cada día.
Cuando comencé supe que había como diversos niveles, pero no me enfoqué en eso sino sólo en mejorar cada día y hacer lo que me gustaba.
Siempre me fui poniendo yo sola escalones que superar, desafíos, y uno a uno los iba alcanzando. Pequeñas cosas que motivan y cuando uno las logra dan más fuerzas y ánimos para seguir.
Pasé mi primer año en Hive y eso me lleno de felicidad, luego llegar a reputación 70, más feliz fui aún.
Hace unos meses me propuse que mi próximo desafío personal sería llegar a ser Delfín.
Soy muy exigente conmigo misma, diría que demasiado. Me comprometo 100% con lo que hago y con la gente que me rodea en ese camino.
Asumo mucha responsabilidad y hago mi mayor esfuerzo. A veces me auto exijo por demás. En ocasiones eso mismo me lleva al estrés, cosa que debo controlar.
La disciplina, la constancia, el compromiso y el gran esfuerzo me han llevado a lograr este nuevo reto que me impuse a mi misma y me emociona haber llegado.
Pero como siempre digo, no lo hubiera hecho sin el gran apoyo de mucha gente a mi alrededor.
Gente que creyó en mí, gente que estuvo a mi lado cada día, con quienes compartí charlas, comentarios, formas de pensar, reflexiones, risas y lágrimas, muchas experiencias.
Tengo un equipo que somos como familia, que nos apoyamos cada día en nuestros sueños, trabajamos, compartimos, reímos y salimos adelante.
Juntos formamos un pequeño proyecto en una gran ilusión: Proyecto @happywhalex y estoy muy feliz de formar parte de él.
Gracias siempre gran equipo: @aibi93, @elbuhito, @promete0sz, @sugeily2 y @stellamartinez. También a todo el gran grupo de los muchachones, gracias a todos. No hubiera sido lo mismo sin todos ustedes.
Pero no sólo este gran equipo estuvo cerca mío, mucha otra gente que aprecio y que he llegado a estimar mucho en este camino. Se que probablemente no los nombre a todos, pero quiero que sepan que hay un gran cariño de mi parte hacia ellos y que no hubiera llegado a donde estoy sin su presencia: @mipiano, @galenkp, @steemflow, @jcrodriguez, @jesuslnrs, @castleberry y a todos aquellos con quienes comparto comentarios y charlas todos los días, ellos sabes quienes son.
He conocido gente maravillosa en este recorrido, un hermoso recorrido en Hive. Y siempre digo lo que importa es la gente, y soy feliz de haber conocido tanta gente hermosa.
Delfín es una insignia, pero detrás de ella hay mucho más que eso, mucho más. Significa horas de dedicación, muchas horas, creatividad, pasión, amor por lo que uno hace y sobre todo una palabra que es importante para mí: constancia.
Al comienzo estuve muy perdida, no entendía la mayoría de las cosas aquí, y tarde cerca de cinco meses en hallar ese camino, pero gracias a toda la gente que nombre, luego de esos meses, caminé recto y con cada día más sabiduría.
Hive es reflejo de la vida real, una pequeña sociedad dentro de la que representa el mundo. Por lo tanto, se viven allí multiplicidad de experiencias, buenas y malas.
Todas tienen algo en común: se aprende y lo he hecho en grande.
Ser Delfín para mí es un gran logro, porque era un gran desafío, porque sé lo que conllevo todo eso. Seguir trabajado aquí, mientras en la vida real pasaban cosas no muy agradables. Por lo que Hive fue para mi una gran ayuda a que mi mente pueda estar en otra parte.
Reitero, lo más importante en la vida son las personas y he encontrado aquí gente fabulosa. Feliz de haberlos conocido. A todos ellos: ¡GRACIAS! Gracias por tanto que me han dado y seguiremos en este hermoso camino.
