Meeting people that understand one and are ready to go any length to put a smile on one's face is a blessing. In the journey of life, we met some people along the way that we wished we never met, and there are some we wish we had met earlier, and that is because of their individual impacts in our lives. There are some people I've met that I remain ever grateful for meeting because they impacted my lives positively more than I could have imagined. Likewise, there are some I regretted ever coming in contact with. We all have different personalities, and that's what distinguishes us as humans, but then living life to be remembered for good should be a priority.

Having someone who has your back at any time is one happiness booster. Having someone who sees your problem as his or hers and is ready to help without compulsion is worth appreciating, nor should it be taken for granted. It is a rare gift, which not everyone has. I would have written about my parents and siblings as my favourite person or people, but I've had quite a good number of writeups about them, so I thought of choosing another person as my favourite.
As humans, there are some certain people that make life fun and worth living. My favourite person was someone I met during his service year. We were in the same unit in church. He plays the trumpet, and he loves to play when I sing. At first, I never wanted to talk to or associate with him; well, that's just how I am. I love being patient while choosing my friends; I pick them like beans. After a while, we started talking just as a mutual friend, and afterwards he became very dear to my heart. If I'm to describe him, he is down to heart, jovial, accommodating, intelligent, selfless, gentle, disciplined, and hardworking. He is loved by everyone; my mom especially picks an interest in him, likewise my siblings. Everyone loves his personality and just who he is.
He seems to always have a solution to every problem; he is a fast thinker, I must say, and not just think; he brings himself to sacrifice his time and resources just to put a smile on others faces. With time he became my closest friend; I call him my partner in crime; he is always coming to my rescue. He is also my girlfriend, the first guy I know who likes gossip. Sometimes he will call, and the reason behind his call is to ask if there is any latest gist I haven't updated him about. He relates well with people, and that earned him respect from people both in church and at his place of work. He is never tired of helping others; sometimes I do fight with him to take a break and prioritise himself first rather than putting others's happiness before his, but I guess he can't change; that's just who he is.
Aside from this favourite of mine, I have someone who I can say's my avorite. I met him through hive, and it's been three years and still counting. He has had a great impact on my life; he is supportive, humble, and disciplined. He never takes no for an answer, and he is full of surprises. He always surprises me; he is also my best partner, and above all, he got my back anytime and anyday. Having such wonderful people in my life is what I cherish every day; they see the imperfections in me but correct me with love above all when it comes to making money; they are my best friends. They are always sharing business ideas and wanting me to grow financially and intellectually. All these qualities made them my favourite persons.
Thanks for your time, and your comments will be appreciated.
