I am not really a sports fan so when I saw this news I had forgotten that it even was the "March Madness" time of year. In case you don't know, "March Madness" is where we have the men and women's college basketball tournament to determine a national champion. There are a ton of games and it generates a huge television audience over a long period of time. It's quite popular.
The most unpopular VP of all time is on a campaign trail attempting to boost Biden's numbers but for the most part she has to go to places that are deeply liberal already and have an audience of people that are going to agree with anything she says. As unpopular as Biden is, Kamala Harris is even more unpopular.

They say you can't hear a picture but I can hear the cackling witch-lady laugh just by looking at that.
So during an interview Kamala was doing her usual twisting of the truth talking about all the jobs that green energy is going to create while not mentioning the jobs it would eliminate if it went into actual practice, and then switched gears to once again try to convince liberal women that they have a reason to be angry about everything because the patriarchy is out to get them and keep them down.
She said that the NCAA women's tournament, which is very popular this year, wasn't "allowed" to have brackets until 2022. She had the gall to tell the interviewer that she was giving him a "history lesson." She was attempting to make the connection that the ONLY reason why the women's division was gaining in popularity is because they FINALLY allowed them to have brackets. This of course was easily disproven when people jumped up really fast to state that she is dead wrong. The brackets were created for women's basketball back in 1982 and the only reason why they didn't have them before that is because people were not interested in watching women's basketball. One could make the argument that people aren't really all that interested in it now either and the WNBA having not turned a profit in 20 years would be a great place to start as far as that discussion is concerned.
What makes this story even more funny is the fact that Kamala herself posted a picture of her women's NCAA tournament bracket pics in a post back from 2021, a year before it was allowed.

Someone hilariously responded to this by saying "where did you get this? Is this some sort of special brackets that only world leaders have access to? These were not allowed until 2022!"
Now this is a very minor thing and it is very likely that she was just doing what she and almost all other politicians do on the right and left by running off at the mouth with half truths and talking down to anyone in front of them as if they were morons. I don't care that she made this mistake and I don't attribute her with enough intelligence to actually attempt to lie about something so easily disproven.
What is funny to me is that if you do a search in a number of search engines looking for a report from the media about this occurrence, you will not hear a peep out of any liberal news outlet. I searched using the name of liberal outlets in the search and found nobody on the left is reporting about this at all. Now imagine if Trump, MTG, or any other conservative had done the exact same thing? We would be bombarded with this for DAYS including roundtable discussions with psychologists talking about how this sort of slipup is a sure sign of sociopathic behavior and somehow homophobia or something.
Hell, they go out of their way to twist the words of conservatives to make them appear to say something that they didn't say such as how they did this recently with Trump's "bloodbath" comment. Yet when when we have a complete soundbite of a liberal saying something completely false they don't talk about it at all.
Again, I don't care that Kamala doesn't know shit about basketball, I don't either. In an ideal world the leaders of nations would be too busy doing what we hired them to do to bother with sports or other such things. The only thing that I am trying to say here is that our media on all sides is NOT reporting anything, they are brainwashing their audiences. They only show them one side of anything and their objective is to trick people into believing stuff, not make an informed decision on their own.
I think most people already know this but if you are one of the people out there that subscribes to one particular news outlet you seriously need to stop doing that or you will never get your head out of the sand.
