Made some beef wraps for our staff dinner last Sunday. I prepped the beef the day before to get it marinated really well.
I used some baking soda to tenderize the beef slices for half an hour then rinsed it with water. Once they were dry, I added in the marinade mix which I simply used Cumin powder, coriander powder, Fennel powder, black pepper, and smoked Paprika, seasoned together with salt and chicken powder seasoning.
I left it to marinade til the next day and simply Sautéed with oil and once they were almost done, I added in some sliced onions to cook for about a minute or so.
I packed the beef wrap with the Beef Tenderloin together with some freshly cut iceberg lettuce, cilantro Lime Aioli, garlic mayo, a runny fried egg, and double aged cheddar cheese.
It was a really yummy meal that was fairly easy to prep with minimal cleanup required.
