Today I will share another new photography with everyone in this community.

Soft hot smoky chicken biryani - home made with special care today. Fragrant basmati rice combined with spicy spices, tender chicken meat and a dash of green chillies create a wonderful taste. The aroma of ghee and masala clings to each grain.

The whole house was filled with aroma while cooking. In the first pan, the chicken meat was fried well with spices, then the aroma of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves went into it. I have cooked it step by step with rice and milk to perfection.

So that there is no loss in the taste of biryani, I added lemon juice, a little saffron and curd.

All in all, perfect homemade biryani! Everyone at the dining table said once they ate it—"It's really restaurant style!"
