Hello everyone, below is my digital artwork I'll be posting here today. A digital painting of Suki, a character from one of my favourite childhoods shows.
The piece of art was done on a mobile app (Medi bank paint) and the device used was my mobile device (Redmi note 12)
below is my step by step process
- I got myself a reference image from the internet, the reference is just below
I made and exact sketch of the reference photo
Then I went ahead to clean up the lineart
After making a clean lineart, I made a grayscale of the painting
After grayscaling, I made a new layer where I only coloured the line art
Then I merged both the grayscale and the colour layer together, giving me an almost complete artwork
After get my drawing completed, I decided that it will be a lot nicer with a background. So I designed just the right background for the painting
And finally I put everything together, giving me a fully finish painting of Suki blushing.
