Today was a busy day! Started off with some disc golf, eleven holes, they are working expanding the course from nine to eighteen holes, so good times.
Then I went with my friend to help am elderly lady to move a chunk of heavy items into a dumpster.
Then it was to the weightroom, were everything was with the legs, Romanian deadlifts, step-ups, lunges, sumo squats... yeah, my legs are going to be hurting tomorrow!
Then finished with retirement meal with a friend followed by cleaning up around the house, so good times!
