Hoy quise aumentar la distancia, ya que he estado ausente. Estoy corriendo poco, por varios temas, pero no me quiero detener en excusas. Aunque también reconozco que ha sido mi decisión disminuir el nivel de entrenamiento. La verdad es que siempre lo hago después de los 42K de la CAF.
Hoy me disfruté mucho la corrida. Quería hacer 15k, pero no calculé bien la ruta y ya estando en el punto de partida, me daba mucha pereza, dar vueltas en el mismo lugar.
Cuando terminé me sentí muy bien. Pensé en lo genial que uno se siente despues de un buen ejercicio. Sin embargo me doy cuenta que mi pie izquierdo sigue tocado, no está al 100%. Es probable que cambiando los zapatos, pueda solucionar ese tema. Me gustaría saber cómo responden a los 30K, pero dudo que haga esa distancia por ahora.
El recorrido estuvo combinado entre sombras y soleado. Algo que me sorprendió, fue una jardinera llena de flores en plena avenida principal. Esto es algo que no se ve en Caracas. Recuerdo cuando viví en Tenerife, que me encantaba todas las calles, porque siempre las tenían llenas de flores y las cambiaban en todo momento, para que no estuviera una calle, sin el colorido de la flores. En diciembre colocaban la flor de navidad y era un espectáculo. Eso nunca pasa en Caracas. Estas flores que vi, están ahí, porque hace años la plantaron y ellas solas se mantienen, aunque es posible que el negocio de enfrente lo haga.
Hoy fue un día productivo con más de 13K. También aproveché de tocar tierra para descargar todo lo eléctrico que tenía acumulado. Además estoy muy feliz por el crecimiento de @hiverun con la incorporación de @lpgrunners. Esta semana fue increíble 🎉
Today I wanted to increase the distance, since I have been absent. I am running little, due to various issues, but I don't want to dwell on excuses. Although I also recognize that it has been my decision to decrease the level of training. The truth is that I always do it after the CAF 42K.
Today I really enjoyed the run. I wanted to do 15k, but I didn't calculate the route well and being at the starting point, I was too lazy to run around the same place.
When I finished I felt great. I thought about how great I felt after a good workout. However, I realize that my left foot is still sore, it's not 100%. It is likely that by changing the shoes, I can fix that issue. I'd like to know how they respond to the 30K, but I doubt I'll do that distance for now.
The course was a mix of shadows and sunny. One thing that surprised me was a planter full of flowers in the middle of the main avenue. This is something you don't see in Caracas. I remember when I lived in Tenerife, I loved all the streets, because they always had them full of flowers and they changed them all the time, so that no street was without the colorful flowers. In December they put up the Christmas flowers and it was a spectacle. That never happens in Caracas. These flowers that I saw, are there, because they were planted years ago and they maintain themselves, although it is possible that the business across the street does it.
Today was a productive day with more than 13K. I also took the opportunity to touch ground to unload all the electric I had accumulated. Also very happy for the growth of @hiverun with the addition of @lpgrunners. This week was amazing 🎉
