Queridos amigos de hive food. En casa siempre acostumbro a variar el menú, y está vez para nuestro almuerzo preparé una pasta con carne molida y salsa a la boloñesa.

En primer lugar organice los ingredientes que iba a utilizar para mí comodidad.

Comencé por picar la la cebolla, 1/2 pimentón en cuadros pequeños y triture 4 dientes de ajo y los lleve a sofreír con un poco de aceite.

Mientras tanto, coloqué la pasta a cocinar y por otro lado removía los aliños hasta llegar a su punto de transparencia, en el caso de la cebolla.

Deje unos minutos, removiendo constantemente hasta integrarse los condimentos, agregue la salsa boloñesa y dejé en el fuego por 5 minutos.
