    We all love moong dal especially who doesn't like fried dal today I am going to discuss with you how to make pitha.

    First of all you have to wash and clean mung dal well and boil it well one thing you will understand very well when mung dal is boiled it becomes like dough when we make patient dough.

    Once it is boiled you have to go with it by mixing the rice and flour well into the batter and wait for it to cool down.

    Once it cools down you have to use little oil in it and I used the grooves you used them to make the pita.

    If you use them, it will be very easy to make your pitha. You can make pitha in a short time. Once the pitha is made, fry it well in oil.

    Once roasted you have to soak the jaggery with water and heat it and when the jaggery and water are well mixed then you have to put the pithas in the veins of the jaggery which makes the pithas look very beautiful and also fun to eat.
