Hola Comunidad de #SWC, sinceramente el día de hoy tenía pensado descansar pero mi broo @jeyson20sw me dijo para ir un rato a "La Vereda" para hacer free.
Después de calentar y hacer free un rato con algún que otro combo, me puse a enseñarle el Shrimflipp (rey escorpión) a Jeyson para que vaya entendiendo mejor la técnica y empezara a buscar la barra, ya que era lo que más le costaba. Realizó varios intentos y en los últimos lograba tocar la barra, todavía no se agarra pero ya está cerca.🔥

Hello #SWC Community, honestly today I had planned to rest but my broo @jeyson20sw told me to go to "The Vereda" for a while to do free.
After warming up and free for a while with some combo, I started to teach the Shrimflipp (king scorpion) to Jeyson so he could understand the technique better and start looking for the bar, since it was the hardest thing for him. He made several attempts and in the last ones he managed to touch the bar, he still doesn't grab it but he is close 🔥.
