    A Manchurian is one of the most popular Indo-Chinese dishes in India, it's commonly dish you get it at any restaurant, Usually it is paired equally good with a noodles or fried rice, But As i made it at home in dinner, I prefer it with Roti(bread). Today i would like to share the recipe of a Manchurian Gravy which is favourite can eat at anytime or anywhere, which is simply fried mixed veggies balls in a sweet, spicy, tangy, in a veggie gravy. It's healthy recipe as it content many vegetables, sharing resturant style recipe.

    For Maucharian Balls

    ā€¢ 2 Grated Carrot.
    ā€¢ 5 shredded cabbage.
    ā€¢ Finely Chopped onion.
    ā€¢ Ginger garlic paste
    ā€¢ salt to taste.
    ā€¢ 2 tbsp maida all- Purpose flour.
    ā€¢ 2 tbsp cornflour.
    ā€¢ Oil for frying.

    For Gravy

    ā€¢ 2 tbsp of Oil.
    ā€¢ 1 inch Chopped ginger.
    ā€¢ 4-5 clove garlic.
    ā€¢ 2 Slit Green chilli.
    ā€¢ Chopped spring onion.
    ā€¢ 2 Finely Chopped onion
    ā€¢ 1 Finely chopped capsicum.
    ā€¢ 1 tbsp vinegar.
    ā€¢ 1tbsp soy sauce.
    ā€¢ 2 tbsp tomato sauce.
    ā€¢ Salt to Taste.
    ā€¢ 1Ā¼ cup water
    ā€¢ 2 tsp cornflour
    ā€¢ 1 Packet of Ching chinese Masala.



    Making Manchurian Balls

    ā€¢ Take a big bow, add all the finely chopped Veggies.

    ā€¢ Now add chilli sauce, salt. mix well making sure everything is combined well,

    ā€¢ add to maida(all Purpose Flour), cornflour and mix well. Can add more as per requirement to make soft Dough.

    ā€¢ now make a small ball sized balls.

    ā€¢ Take a pan/Kadhai heat the oil, fry the Manchurian Balls at medium flame. Stir occasionally, until the balls turn golden brown.

    ā€¢ your Manchurian balls are r ready, Keep it aside.

    You can also enjoy the Manchurian balls with chilli garlic Sauce.



    Making Gravy šŸ™šŸ»šŸ‡®šŸ‡³


    ā€¢ Take the another pan/kadhai, Add 2 tbsp of Oil.

    ā€¢ Saute ginger & garlic, green chilli and spring onion.
    onion and stir fry on high flame.

    ā€¢ Add the chings Chinese Masala, saute for 5-10 Sec.

    ā€¢ Now add water into it, keep it medium flame.

    ā€¢ Add vinegar, chilli sauce and Soya sauce for some extra Taste.

    ā€¢ Add Manchurian balls, Continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy.

    Now your Manchurian Gravy is ready to serve.
