Today with @outlinez, @nanast and two other friends, despite the changing forecast, we decided to cycle south of the city. There was an interval in which it would not rain and we decided to use it and get home before the next rain. Fortunately, the forecast changed during the day and the rain decided to avoid us entirely.
We left in the morning and headed for the Poda Protected Area.
Yesterday it had rained all day and there were lots of puddles and muddy sections which we went through without a problem.
Yes - the bicycles got dirty and we got dirty, but you can't help it - it's part of cycling and it's certainly not our first time.
We continued to the Fisherman's Village Chengene Skele. We wanted to visit the local restaurant Morski sgovor, but it turned out that all places were already booked and there was nowhere to seat us.
So we bought some things and headed to the meadow for a picnic.
Unlike other weekends, this time the busy meadow was absolutely deserted and we had a wide choice of resting place.
In addition to new stone fireplaces, there were also new tables and benches.
Here we spent some time enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, fresh air and birdsong.
We went back the same way.
The weather became more and more pleasant and warm, and our mood more and more cheerful.
It was great that we didn't give up because of the forecast and spent Sunday cycling in nature.
