    Last heavy run before taper (thank god!)

    Went well today - started early at 07:15.
    Full dress rehearsal for the marathon.

    Food: 7 gel - every 20 min starting 20 min in.
    Drinks: 1liter water with sis electrolytes (4 tabs).

    Feeling ready 💪
