I wasn't sure which community to publish it in, but the fact that @manclar is a beloved person in the @zonadeescalofrio community, and that, after all, it is a "prediction" that fits the theme of prophecies, has encouraged me to publish it in this community, which, to the extent of my time, is also one of the ones I follow the most.
I leave you with the text now, but not before greeting the de @zde community and all lovers of horror and mystery.

The alarm clock rang again, another one of many times, as each day began a new, or old, workday. Isaac abruptly opened his opaque eyes, roughly pulled back the sheet covering his pale skin, and quickly sat up. Although he noticed the smell of freshly brewed coffee, he waited a few minutes sitting on a worn mattress of an unidentifiable color.
He listened carefully to some steps coming from the kitchen followed by a door closing. Only then did he dare to leave his room, walking down the hallway leading to a small room decorated with yellowed tiles. After pouring a cup of cold coffee, he glanced at the only YouTube channel. The news of the day was the new extension of the "State of Panic".
The president of the government, a member of the Health Party, a suited, blind, and deaf man, announced the new prohibitions with gentle hand gestures. It had been a few months since health authorities banned speaking using the mouth. Experts claimed that the virus perpetuating the epidemic was hidden among vowels and consonants.

Isaac removed the nose and mouth mask and sipped the coffee with a straw, one of those free ones. When he finished the last sip, he left the kitchen and headed towards the bathroom. In the shower, he turned on the hydro-alcoholic gel tap. After a few long minutes, he was already in his dark room, in front of a screen, on one of those days when laziness along with old memories besieged him.
The sound of a doorbell requested his attention. Isaac stopped to listen closely for any slight noise that might come from the next room. Time passed… Silence. Confident he wouldn't run into his son, he left the room and walked towards the front door. He looked through the peephole, saw no one, and opened the door.
There, as every month, on the floor, were two cardboard boxes sent by the Ministry of Solidarity. One could read "food for humans" on one, and on the other, noticeably larger, a sticker informed of the contents, "medications."

Regressing in time, he could vaguely reach the last moment he shared with Esperanza. It was an October afternoon from what seemed like a century ago, a millennium, an eternity, or more.
He tried to remember the last time they held hands, to paint the final gaze in colors, the last moment they shared.
He remained lost in thought for a long time. A noise brought him back to the present. Suddenly he thought: "Damn romanticism!" He swallowed a couple of Levomepromazine 100 mg pills, his only love, and began pounding the keyboard.
