    How frequently we came across the saying that, we became what we eat. That's is actually true. I had been a lean kid during the childhood and was not much into habit of eating healthy. This changed drastically when I started some physical activities such as running, gym etc. Being engaged into physical activities improves the metabolism and developes the hunger. I started eating more and more owing to my refreshed appetite. But it was not as simple as it seemed. I had divided my meals into smaller portions, instead of 3 big meals , i ate 6 small meals. This eating habit during my college days helped me achieve my fitness goals and gave me a great look.

    I had an amazing journey with putting on and off my body weight. All thanks to my eating habita. All my friends and relatives used to wonder about how easily I play with my body weight according to my wish. Maintaining a healthy body and healthy diet is definitely cumbersome and requires alot of efforts. But we can do some major everyday hacks to bring the positive change in our lives.

    The Japanese way or healthy living is mostly devoted to their small white plates. It is proven that eating in small plates is always beneficial to health and our gut health. A big size plate may induce us to overeat and stuff extra calories into the belly and not everyone is dedicated to burn the extra calories everyday they consume. That's why having a check on our daily calorie intake is a must. The first step towards it is having a small size plate to serve our food.

    This can depend on individual goals of the person and how easy he wants to make his everyday. If you have enough time and can easy access and prepare your meals anytime, one option is 6 meals of small size. There can be a variety of options in these six meals, with proportion of essential macros . But I think for most of us is definitely and what usually works best is 3 mid size meals that is our usually breakfast, lunch and dinner. But this should be accompanied with morning and evening snacks.

    In short, one can try what suits one fit but don't overeat and keep a count on one's calories. The best hack to this is eating small meals at different intervals of time. Having variety of small meals give wide range of food variety to choose from, this definitely makes eating a memorable experience. Our gut health stays at optimum level in digesting small meals at a time.

    Overeating is cause of many severe health conditions. This is more of a bad habit in nature. Sometimes we tend to eat away in order in just hear of the moment but remember our body can only digest perticular calories at a given time, so the extra food we are putting in our belly is getting stored as far which eventually results in various disease.

    In conclusion, keep a track of your calories. Eat healthy, eat right and in right quantity. The more economic your meals size, the more your body wealth. Stay Safe.
