La vida cada día está más atómica y sin darnos cuenta nos cargamos con tantos problemas que muchas veces pensamos que vamos a estallar, que si llegó tarde al trabajo, si no tengo los suficientes recursos para sacar a mi familia adelante, no he podido pagar las facturas del mes, tengo problemas con mi esposo y todo se hace un nudo en la cabeza y no se ni como empezar y mucho menos como terminar. Es entonces cuando me paro en la línea media, que no debemos nunca cruzar, y empiezo a depurar y a quitar todo lo que me altera y me desestabiliza para poder ver con más claridad los problemas.
Resolver los conflictos emocionales y no dejarlos que cobren fuerza es una de las prioridades, las cargas emocionales, me desalientan y no me dejan avanzar, por eso apartó todo lo que me pueda dañar emocionalmente.
Hasta hace muy poco pensaba que el trabajo era muy necesario en nuestras vidas,pero he aprendido que existen otras alternativas para resolver nuestros problemas económicos con más tranquilidad y sin un jefe que te controle y de donde obtengo mejores beneficioso, por ejemplo traducir, y hasta esta misma blockchain de la cual estoy muy agradecida.

flotar, Estas son técnicas que utilizo para desconectarme de las cosas estresante que llegan a mi vida, pero gracias al sexto sentido que Dios les dio a las mujeres, estas situaciones estresante la manipulamos de forma positiva ya que nos recuerda que existen cosas más lindas por la cual luchar, como por ejemplo la familia, por eso para mi:

Tener una escala de prioridades en mi vida me ha servido para determinar que es lo más importante en mi vida y para mi la familia es lo primordial, no solamente para pasar tiempos de calidad juntos que es muy bueno, sino para apoyarnos mutuamente en todo lo que haga falta, sin que medie nada, porque puede ser que ...luego te veo,tengo que trabajar, ...después, cuando termine de lavar, puede ser que llegues tarde y la familia no se puede sustituir ni reemplazar, además es a nuestros familiares con quienes contamos cuando estamos atravesando alguna situación, por eso no puedo quitar la prioridad a mi familia,pero además, todos juntos somos más fuertes.
