Acá presencian la 4ta edición de la serie "infección", esta vez es "mutación celular", la etapa en donde el patógeno altera las células del huésped, cambiando su estructura y función. Este arte muestra una célula mutada o distorsionada.
Este es un pixel hecho en 214 x 204 usando la paleta de colores standard y añadiendo algunos personalizados.
Este arte se encuentra en mi galería de Nft Showroom y fue hecho usando Aseprite .
Esta serie de dibujos esta inspirada en el dolor que siento por una grave infección que tengo en mi pierna izquierda, y debido a mi diabetes, lleva mas de 7 semanas sin curarse.
A través de mi arte pretendo expresarlo.

This series of drawings is inspired by the pain I feel from a serious infection I have in my left leg, and due to my diabetes, it has not been cured for more than 7 weeks.
Through my art I intend to express it.

Comienzo por trazar la circuferencia de la celula infectada usando el color #343d3c que es un tono grisaceo.
Trazo los patrones generales de lo que es el centro y las venas de la célula en diferentes tonos de grises.
I start by tracing the circumference of the infected cell using the color #343d3c, which is a grayish tone.
I trace the general patterns of the center and veins of the cell in different shades of gray.
Hago el centro de la celula mutada con distintos tonos de color rosado, dandole asi volumen y poniendo la parte dentral del virus como viva, con movimiento.
Empiezo a crear las capas interiores en distintas opacidades de gris, que bordean al centro de la célula, creando así el efecto buscado.
I make the center of the mutated cell with different shades of pink, thus giving it volume and making the inner part of the virus as alive, with movement.
I begin to create the inner layers in different gray opacities, which border the center of the cell, thus creating the desired effect.
Uso la herramienta de spray con distintas opacidades para representar las mutaciones de la célula en sus distintos sectores, siempre manteniendo los distintos tonos de grises para ir dandole vida.
Trabajo la parte inferior en tonos mas oscuros para representar la parte de células muertas y putrefactas en la infección.
I use the spray tool with different opacities to represent the mutations of the cell in its different sectors, always maintaining the different shades of gray to give it life.
I work the lower part in darker tones to represent the part of dead and putrefied cells in the infection.
Ajusto unos detalles en cuanto a los bordes inferiores y otras áreas de la célula podrida.
Añado el fondo en un patrón bayer mayer de 4 x 4 y coloco mi firma en una opacidad baja usando el filtro de luminosidad.
La mutación ya se esta gestando, la infección esta cobrando vida y volviendo un ser pensante.
I adjust some details regarding the bottom edges and other areas of the rotten cell.
I add the background in a 4 x 4 bayer mayer pattern and place my signature at a low opacity using the lightness filter.
The mutation is already brewing, the infection is coming to life and turning into a thinking being.
Este arte me resulto con el desafío de crear las distintas capas con el efecto de spray y también el de representar el centro de una forma como una célula, para ello use ese color rojo que representa el corazón de esta mutación. Fue muy entretenido y me gusto mucho trabajar haciendo el fondo y probando distintas posibilidades.

This art gave me the challenge of creating the different layers with the spray effect and also representing the center of a shape like a cell, for this I used that red color that represents the heart of this mutation. It was very entertaining and I really enjoyed working on making the background and trying different possibilities.
