Vengo a hablarles un poco sobre la sabrosa comida que hace mi señora madre Doris Rodríguez.
Lumpias.
Las lumpias provienen originalmente de la comida China y es un acompañante perfecto para cualquier comida en general.
Son hechas con una mezcla de harina de trigo y huevo, en otros países se les llama tortillas primavera o rollo primavera.

El relleno es conocido como Chop Suey, es una ensalada de vegetales ligado con jamón, mortadela, carne pollo o al gusto de la persona.
El Chop Suey está hecho por los siguientes ingredientes: Repollo, Zanahoria, Cebolla, Jamón en trozos, Mortadela en trozos, Carne o Pollo en trozos, y Aliños.
Hoy mi madre y yo decidimos cocinar juntos un sabroso plato de lumpias y pollo al horno.
