Today's title is somewhat misleading because it is actually the second time making cupcakes, I tell you that a few days ago I tried it for the first time and I was very depressed because they came out super bad, I still do not know what made my cupcakes were so bad, but I was very excited to make this recipe and share it with you, besides the main objective of making them was to pamper my family, especially my son, that he could take these cupcakes as a snack to his school, I was very excited, but the mixture or maybe the oven temperature was not correct, that made my cupcakes deflate and did not cook well.
After spending a few days a little sad about this situation I decided to try again, this time taking into account not to make the same mistakes of last time, today luckily everything went very well, I am very happy with the result and I regret not having bought more ingredients to make a topping of cream to my cupcakes, however, I guarantee you that you do not need it because they were very delicious!
This recipe was enough to make a total of 29 cupcakes.
- 4 Huevos
- 1 taza de azúcar
- 2 Tazas de aceite
- 1 Taza de leche
- Una cucharada de esencia de vainilla
- 3 Tazas de harina de trigo leudante
- 2 cucharadas de polvo para hornear
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 3 cups leavening wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
To begin I took a large container and added the 3 eggs, I began to beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until the eggs were well integrated, then I added the cup of sugar and began to beat again, we must beat until we have a lighter color, a thicker consistency and until the mixture doubles in size, once we have this consistency and pale color, we must add the two cups of oil, beat until integrated and then the cup of milk, again beat until all the ingredients are integrated.
With the same method we add the tablespoon of vanilla, after all the liquid ingredients are perfectly integrated, we will add the dry ingredients: 3 cups of flour and 2 tablespoons of baking powder, so as not to create lumps we will pass these two ingredients through a sieve, then we start beating by hand until we have a thick dough.
Finally we will have a thick dough very similar to the texture of a cake dough, with yellow tone, we already have ready the base of our cupcakes now it's time to bake, I preheated the oven to 175 degrees.
Take my tray that is special for making cupcakes and place cupcake liners, then fill with the dough halfway to prevent it from overflowing and become a disaster, let it cook for 30 minutes this depends on the oven, mine is a little slower in baking but normally it should take between 15 to 20 minutes.
And as I told you a total of 29 cupcakes came out, I was quite impressed with the amount since I really expected less hahaha, they were super cute I was very excited to see that this time I could make them well, I was very afraid that the same thing of last time would happen again, but I think that for this day I did things in a better way.
