There is a difference between having a challenge and struggling. Everybody has challenges, but not everybody is struggling. To struggle is to be inadequate and to lack what it takes to overcome your challenge. It is to be overcome and overwhelmed by your daily challenges. This is what makes life difficult and unbearable.
Therefore, it is not the challenge that is the problem, it is the configuration of your life when the challenge strikes that makes it either a benefit or a setback.
