Great day to you all dear actifitters, it has been a wonderful weekend.
My Sunday walk took me across Ikot Ekwere, Itu road, church road and Urua Ekpa road.
After finishing up with my house chores in the morning, I left for a light walk and upon return I took my bath, get prepare and leave to attend the Sunday Christian meeting.
Here is Itu/Calaba highway roundabout looking empty of town shuttle.
Meanwhile, it appears I was late, but then I can not wait for the vehicle, hence I have to move on.
Within 10 minutes of my walk, I am already at church road, heading to Eddie's place.
Since today is the last day of our visitor, I had to rush up Eddie so that we move on time to arrive the meeting place before the service commence.
The Bible discuss emphasis the need to show a waiting attitude like Habakuk did back then.
At the end we were all refresh and spiritually renew to go on the race for life.
I have since walk back to rest for the day, as I make over 11,100 steps to keep fit and healthy.
