    Hello everyone!

Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening to you depending on the time you're seeing this video. It's the Easter period and we're still marking the death of Christ and celebrating the resurrection of Christ.

In regards to that, I'm here once again this week to present a cover of "Simply Devoted" by Sinach It is a known song I believe, so please grab a seat, sit, listen and enjoy.

Easter is a period set aside by Christians to identify with Jesus in his suffering, death and resurrection. It is to remind us that christ came to reconcile humanity to God.

It is a period for daily self-examination and stocktaking of our walk with God and to ascertain our level of preparedness should christ come anytime soon.

The Bible says, "Take up your cross and follow him (God) daily" meaning as christians we should deny our privileges and rights for the sake of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This period helps christians to be more devoted to God and love him even more better than before. Christ died on the cross and that singular act signifies his unconditional love for us.

This is to charge us to follow him wholeheartedly and withholding nothing. It's not an easy road but his grace will always be sufficient.

    Shalom!!!

    Song lyrics

    Take up my cross
    Daily follow You
    I'm not ashamed to shout
My love for You my Lord
    Straight from my heart
    I worship You
You are the reason for life

Simply devoted to You, oh Lord
I lose my life to follow You
The life I now live, it's not I that lives
For me to live is Christ
