Quiero mostrar como preparar una bebida sabrosa; rica en hierro y vitaminas: jugo de remolacha, zanahoria, limón y jengibre.
Tomar esta bebida posee muchos beneficios, como, aporta vitalidad a las uñas , piel y cabello ,debido al hierro que posee y además aumenta la hemoglobina.
I want to show you how to prepare a tasty drink, rich in iron and vitamins: beet juice, carrot, lemon and ginger.
Drinking this drink has many benefits, such as brings vitality to the nails, skin and hair, due to the iron it has and also increases hemoglobin.
Ingredientes para la preparación de la deliciosa bebida de remolacha, zanahoria , limón y jengibre:
- 1 zanahoria pequeña
- Media remolacha.
- 5 limones.
- 1 raíz de jengibre .
- 100 gramos de azúcar.
- 700 ml de agua.
- Hielo
Ingredients for the preparation of the delicious beet, carrot, lemon and ginger drink:
- 1 small carrot
- Half a beet.
- 5 lemons.
- 1 ginger root.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- 700 ml of water.
- Ice
Preparación de la deliciosa bebida:
- Pelar la zanahoria , lavarla con bastante agua y picarla en trozos.
- Igualmente pelar la remolacha , lavar y picar en pedazos.
- Picar con un cuchillo los limones para exprimir el jugo en un envase , colar para sacar las semillas.
Preparation of the delicious drink:
- Peel the carrot , wash it with plenty of water and chop it into pieces.
- Peel the beet, wash and chop into pieces.
- Chop the lemons with a knife to squeeze the juice into a container, strain to remove the seeds.
- Lavar la raíz de jengibre y rallar , agregar en un envase con agua y colar para sacar el jugo.
- Wash the ginger root and grate , add in a container with water and strain to extract the juice.
- Ahora colocar la zanahoria y la remolacha picada en la licuadora , licuar.
- Luego colar , después de colado, nuevamente se coloca el jugo en la licuadora y se le agrega , el jugo de limón , de jengibre , el azúcar y el resto del agua que queda.
