Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1241. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Tuesday, Jan 07, 2025.
It was an average busy day at work where I consulted 39 patients in my chamber. Of them, there was an above-40 patient with hypertension and diabetes. He had chest pain for the last 3-4 days. His blood pressure was quite high. He wanted a painkiller injection. But I insisted on an ECG first. There was an ischemic change in the ECG. Unfortunately, he couldn't afford to do the cardiac enzyme test! I prescribed some medicines. I also gave him a referral letter. He won't go to a cardiologist himself. I hope that seeing the letter his company will send him to a cardiologist.
In the morning, I walked briskly for 10 minutes. I could not make any treadmill walk on Tuesday. However, I was able to make 10k plus steps.
