Almost everything different
Today is different than usual. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Movement without a counter?
While we are on the road, we live very close to each other. Invited to breakfast, I went straight to my first meal after oil pulling and brushing my teeth. I also took my supplements and didn't catch up on my first magnesium with vitamin C until after dinner.
In between, we walked a lot, which is reflected in the daily statistics. Now in the evening I'm sitting at my PC doing some work and writing these notes. I'm going to take a second magnesium and that will be all for today.

Fast alles anders
Heute mal ganz anders als sonst. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Bewegung ohne Zähler?
Während wir unterwegs sind, leben wir sehr eng aufeinander. Zu einem Frühstück eingeladen, bin ich nach Ölziehen und Zähneputzen direkt zur ersten Mahlzeit übergegangen. Dazu nahm ich meine NEMs und holte das erste Magnesium mit Vitamin-C dann erst nach dem Abendessen nach.
Zwischendurch waren wir ausgiebig zu Fuß unterwegs, was sich in der Tagesstatistik entsprechend zeigt. Nun am Abend sitze ich für etwas Arbeit am PC und verfasse diese Notizen. Ein zweites Magnesium werde ich mal gleich noch nehmen, und das soll es für heute dann auch schon gewesen sein.
