Hola queridos amigos de Family and Friends, es un verdadero gusto volver a saludarles; feliz domingo para todos. El día de hoy quiero mostrarles mi domingo familiar diferente, hace mucho tiempo que no haciamos en casa una deliciosa comida para pasar un día familiar y así pasar tiempo de calidad en familia. La verdad es que desde hace días habiamos quedado de acuerdo de hacer una parrilla en casa pero al pasar los días no hicimos nada, así que mi hermana, cuñado y sobrina llegaron a casa y nos animamos a realizarla el día de hoy.
Hello dear friends of Family and Friends, it is a real pleasure to greet you again; Have a good Sunday, everyone. Today I want to show you my different family Sunday, it has been a long time since we made a delicious meal at home to spend a family day and thus spend quality time with the family. The truth is that for days we had agreed to have a barbecue at home but as the days went by we didn't do anything, so my sister, brother in law and niece came home and we decided to do it today.

Inmediatamente vimos en la nevera con lo que contabamos e hicimos una lista para comprar lo que hacía falta y asi preparar una suculenta parrilla. Mi cuñado, sobrina y yo nos fuimos al supermercado; compramos algo de carne, morcilla, aceite y huevos para realizar la guasacaca. Llegamos a casa y ya mi hermana estaba realizando la ensalada, mi cuñado y mi mamá se pusieron a cortar el pollo y a sazonarlo después yo me puse a hacer los bollos y la respectiva guasacaca para acompañar nuestra parrilla.
We immediately saw what we had in the refrigerator and made a list to buy what we needed to prepare a succulent grill. My brother in law, niece and I went to the supermarket; We bought some meat, blood sausage, oil and eggs to make the guasacaca. We arrived home and my sister was already making the salad, my brother in law and my mother started cutting the chicken and seasoning it, then I started making the buns and the respective guasacaca to accompany our grill.

Llegó el momento de buscar la leña porque no teniamos nada, todo improvisado. Mi hermana y mi cuñado se fueron en busqueda de una leña en el patio de mi abuela, luego encendieron los palos y se consumieron hasta hacerse carbón. Una vez llegado este punto colocamos una parrilla para luego disponer el pollo, la carne y la morcilla. Al estar caliente agregamos el pollo en la brasa para cocinarlo al igual que la morcilla porque tardan mas en cocinarse. Mi cuñado fue el encargado de la cocción pero yo estuve ayudando.
The time came to look for firewood because we had nothing, everything improvised. My sister and my brother in law went in search of firewood in my grandmother's yard, then they lit the sticks and they burned until they became charcoal. Once we reach this point, we place a grill and then arrange the chicken, meat and blood sausage. When it is hot, we add the chicken to the grill to cook it as well as the blood sausage because they take longer to cook. My brother in law was in charge of cooking but I was helping.

Mientras estaban en cocción desprendian un aroma que invitaban a comer y el apetito cada vez se hacía mas grande y nosotros esperando que todo estuviese listo para empezar a comer. Ya que estaba todo asado procedimos a cortar toda la carne, el pollo y la morcilla, además de los bollos. Ya la guasaca y la ensalada estaba hecha desde hacía bastante rato y se estaban refrigerando. Dispuesto todo y con un apetito voraz cada quien se sirvio a su gusto y disfrutamos de esta suculenta parrila en casa la tarde de hoy. Por supuesto mi porción la acompañe con batata sancochada y les confieso que no puedo expresar con palabras lo deliciosa que estaba esta comida. Todos la disfrutamos el máximo y con ganas de repetir este momento.
While they were cooking, they gave off an aroma that invited us to eat and the appetite became bigger and bigger and we waited for everything to be ready to start eating. Since everything was roasted, we proceeded to cut all the meat, chicken and blood sausage, as well as the buns. The guasaca and the salad had already been made for quite some time and were being refrigerated. With everything ready and with a voracious appetite, everyone helped themselves to their liking and we enjoyed this succulent grill at home this afternoon. Of course I accompanied my portion with parboiled sweet potato and I confess that I cannot express in words how delicious this meal was. We all enjoyed it to the fullest and want to repeat this moment.
