How are you all ? Hope you all are well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. I appeared again with you with another new post of mine. Today I am with you with another new recipe post. Today I am going to share with you the recipe of Punti Fish Charchari. Hope you all like it. Let's start-
Materials-
- Potatoes.
- Radish
- the carrot
- spinach
- Pouti fish.
- Onion and pepper.
- turmeric powder
- Rich powder.
- salt
- the oil
Step-1.
First buy the fish from the market and then clean and cut them well and wash them with clean water.
Step-2.
Now cut all kinds of vegetables and wash them well with water and put them in a bowl.
Step-3.
In a blender, grind onion, chilli, turmeric powder, dhania powder well and make a paste.
Step-4.
Now I gave a bowl of cut vegetables. Then add the washed fish and all the spices. Now everything has to be rubbed well with enough oil.
Step-5.
When the paste was removed, I gave the amount of water. No need to add anything else.
Step-6.
Now put the pot on a stove and heat it. As long as the cooking is not finished, the time will be with the heat. When the curry broth becomes dry, it should be taken down.
