Lost in white

This is my entry for #monomad challenge by @monochromes.

Hello to all, after some days of great pain at the shoulder (a damaged and inflamed tendon, nothing serious but a lot of pain - I have started to pay the reckless use of the body in my first half century of life), today I'm getting better, so I'll show you some pictures taken in Reine town (Lofoten, Norway).

It was a snowy day, perfect to shot in black&white.
The snow has fallen all the day long.
The only sounds were seagulls in their deafening call for food. They stayed near the harbor, hoping to catch some fresh cods from the boat returning from fishing activity.

I was really surprised by wild summit, sometimes appearing from low clouds, wrapped by a cold fog.
Houses were surreal too, most of all in red colors, but many of them white, completely white, so they was perfectly integrated with the landscape.

Reine is a very touristic place, you can meet many strangers around the narrow streets of the town, most of all Italian people.

Here the typical cods rows to dry at open air:

A building has caught my attention. It has a shape similar to the mountain on the background, and I have tried to catch some images to show a sort of fading of the roof with the snowy rocks behind.

    From another perspective:

Also main church was lost in white:

And here a peaceful place where I would like to live.
Notice the great harmony between nature and houses:
