Generational and epochal paradigm shift.

Technology is a good servant, terrible as a master and lord.

It imposes on us a virtual reality, dangerously constructed and oriented to consumption, fashion, superficiality, banality, comparison and evasion. All this brings us unhappiness.

A new mass culture is being born, which we cannot, nor should we deny, but it should force us to critically reflect on its risks and dangers but also on its positive possibilities.

We are educated like that, from the comparison.

We are gregarious beings. The comparison arises and is there at the edge of the content always. It is important not to feel imprisoned by that thought and remember that each one of us is unique, with possibilities and limitations of the case, and that the strategies of overcoming, taking off, growth are our own, belong to us, therefore it is necessary to make apprehension of them.

Sometimes you compare yourself to people who are apparently happy or happier than you, but what you don't know is what's behind that happiness. It happens all the time, people comparing themselves to unrealistic stereotypes in HR. SS. The traditional educational system leads you to compare yourself from a young age. At the moment when we are evaluated, and they weigh us (qualify) with numbers, grades, qualifying points to see how close or far we are from the standard always leads us to compare ourselves.

The comparison is inevitable and arises on autopilot…

On the other hand, social media brings the constant judgment, with the comments that make people feel bad in many aspects. Sometimes you compare yourself to people who are apparently happy or happier than you, but what you don't know is what's behind that happiness.

There are no empty people, everyone feels, they add up in the life of others (positively or negatively), they have an opinion, there are people who, no matter how broken they are, are not empty inside... you have to empathize a little bit.

Sad, the one who thinks that those intrusive or insecure thoughts are from someone "empty".

Sometimes we have that tendency, little by little I'm putting it aside, and guess what I do to be aware of this that I write in this post, well, I make a list of tips for unhappiness.

Of which, in this post, I have several as: Perfection and Comparison, the green grass is greener in the neighbor, feeding the ego, the fault is not mine, it is the cow's, dissatisfaction, anxiety, competing insanely and all this that I write down in my list brings unhappiness (frustration).

Sometimes comparing yourself is not bad. Because if we take it from the side of our talent, it encourages us to improve and gives us another perspective on things.

What matters is with what strategies you face that comparison, especially when we feel that we are inferior.

We all have some degree of guilt in our day-to-day life. We cannot have all the levels in 10: work, couple, family, physical body. This problem has worsened in recent years with the self-exigency caused by being aware of social networks, digital references and other areas of dissemination. There is a widespread feeling of "everything can be improved" and if you don't get it, it's your fault.

No one can really become perfect and if someone did he or she would stop growing, the human being is imperfect by nature and that is what allows us to grow and advance. Nowadays, I don't punish myself for my mistakes, in fact, I learn from them and what they try to teach me, and when I do, it's because I'm growing up.

My key is to strive to improve day by day, and I have the right to make mistakes, rest, even to waste time from time to time.
