CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT.

If you don't treat your customers well today, you will lose them tomorrow. Welcome back to my blog. This is adaezeinchrist.

When you have a very good business that is moving very well, it only shows one thing - you are taking good care of your customers. It is said that your customers are always right. If they are not treated very well, next time you won't see them again.

There is a very big shop in the market where we do go to buy food stuff and even our provisions. But I have one big problem with them: you will wait and wait before getting the attention of one of the sells girls to attend to you. Sometimes when I get tired of waiting , I will just walk away and no ine will noticed that you left because they have alot of customers in que waiting to be attended to.

In the whole area their commodities are very cheap. You can't buy it the same price any other place. Maybe that is the reason why people will always jam-pack there to buy from them. Every one loves cheap things I ques. They also buy directly from the company and that is why they also sell it very cheap.

This particular day I went there to buy egusi to make soup for the family. When I got there I saw crowd waiting as usual. When I waited for a little time I decided to move to another shop. The owner of the shop told me the price and it was too high and I couldn't afford it. I decided to go back to that other shop where we have a lot of people waiting to join the que. I waited for the next one hour before it got to my turn. This is just what is making me angry with that shop. They already know that they have plenty customers, all that they need to do is get more sells girls or boys to attend to their customers. But no The won't do that. Thy just want to suffer people in their shop.

I think that we need to take our customers very serious. If you noticed that your customers are not happy with the way you are treating them, then adjust and make sure you treat them well so that you won't lose them tomorrow. We don't know what tomorrow holds for us. That which you think is not going enough for you today may be the best tomorrow. When you neglect a customer today, you may need him or her tomorrow and it might be too late.

Thanks for coming around. Do have a blessed Sunday ahead.
