Jhal Jhal Small Fish Chowder with Bata Chili.

    How are you all? Hope everyone is well. I am also fine by the grace of God.

    Today I came with a recipe. Today I will share a very interesting recipe with you. This recipe is small fish chachadi recipe. It is very delicious to eat. Small fish are much better to eat if they are fried a little bit. And small fish is very beneficial for our body. I used to not like small fish at all. But now it is almost time to eat. And small fish are brought to our house twice every month. It is better to eat fresh. Jhal Jhal This chachchari is very delicious to eat with hot rice with a little broth. Cooking with potatoes is very good but today I cooked without potatoes. Bata masala is used in any recipe but the taste of the recipe increases a lot. In today's recipe I have tried to use all types of masala batter. Hope you will like this recipe today. So let's get started.

    Necessary Materials

    small fish

    Onion batter

    Chilli batter

    garlic paste

    Tomato paste

    turmeric powder

    salt

    coriander leaves

    Step - 1

    Since these are very small people I washed the fish thoroughly after taking them out of the fridge. I cleaned the belly of the small fishes and washed them well with clean water.

    Then I took some onions that I would use in the fish so I pounded them well with a stone.

    Then I chopped dry chillies. Here I have used dry chillies so that the color of the chachadi comes out very nicely. This color of red chili makes the recipe look very tempting.

    I placed a pan on the stove and heated enough soybean oil. Then I put onion batter there. Then I added chili paste and garlic paste.

    Then I added tomato paste there. Then I gave the amount of turmeric powder and salt.

    Shake all kinds of spices for a while.

    When the masala is ground, I put the small fishes there. Then I mixed the small fish with the masala well.
