And the plants and vegetables in my home garden grow more and are plentiful. There are many kinds of vegetables in the garden that my wife can choose to harvest. And bring these vegetables to cook. What vegetables did the wife harvest in the home garden to cook in this post? Let's go.

    The first vegetable is luffa cylindrical, this vegetable is the ingredient for 2 dishes in this post.


    The second vegetable is acacia pennata.

    12. pork flavour seasoning powder

    How to cook.
    First, crush the dried chilies, shallots, garlic and shrimp paste to make the curry paste for the spicy soup.

    Chop the luffa cylindrical and put on a plate.

    Put a pot on the stove. Add water and the curry paste in the pot. Then boil and stir the curry paste mix the water.

    When the water boils, add the acacia pennata in the pot and boil a lightly.

    Then add the chop ​​luffa cylindrical in the pot and boil a lightly.

    Then put the gurmar in a pot and boil a lightly.

    Then put the wildflower leafbush in a pot and boil a lightly.

    Then season with seasoning sauce and pork flavour seasoning powder. When all the ingredients in the pot are cooked. Then put the pork rind in the pot.

    Boil a lightly and turn off the stove.

    Done, spicy soup with mixed vegetables and pork rind.

    Second dish : stir-fried luffa cylindrical with egg tofu, egg and oyster sauce.

    How to cook.
    First put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Then add the chopped luffa cylindrical and carrot to the pan. Add a little water and stir-fried them until cooked.

    Then add eggs and oyster sauce to the pan, stir-fried a lightly. Season with pork flavour seasoning powder. Finally, add the egg tofu in the pan and stir-fry until them is cooked. Turn off the stove.

    Done, stir-fried luffa cylindrical with egg tofu, egg and oyster sauce.
