I had a productive Sunday! I'd like to think of it that way because I managed to go for a walk and I also managed to go to the gym to do some of my workout routine. I didn't do much with today's walking activity but I did 2KM on a treadmill. It's too bad that my activity on the treadmill wasn't included.
Aside from that, I also did 60 counts of sit-ups and 60 counts of 10KG dumbbells.
Tomorrow, I'll do more walking activities to boost my score for today. Good night Actifiters!
