The second edition of the Expo Grafica Publicidad y Medios is being held in my city. Since they announced the event I registered on their website to attend.
Se celebra en mi ciudad la segunda edición de la Expo grafica Publicidad y medios. Desde que anunciaron el evento me inscribí en su página web para asistir.
The event is totally free. People only have to register from the website to get the QR code and have access to the rooms of the Hotel Trinitarias Suites where Expo Grafica will be held from April 19 to Sunday April 21. The hours of access to the public are from 10 am to 8 pm.
Although I arrived a little late, being the first day, there was a small delay in access, so I was able to start capturing images and chatting with friends who were also attending. I ran into old acquaintances I hadn't seen in a while and I'm glad they are also focused on their projects.
El evento es totalmente gratuito. Las personas sólo tienen que registrarse desde la página web para obtener el código QR y tener acceso a los salones del Hotel Trinitarias Suites donde se llevará a cabo la Expo Gráfica del 19 al domingo 21 de abril. El horario de acceso al público es de 10 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la noche.
Aunque llegué un poco tarde, por ser el primer día, hubo un pequeño retraso en el acceso, así que pude empezar a capturar imágenes y charlar con amigos que también asistieron. Me encontré con viejos conocidos que hacía tiempo que no veía y me alegro de que ellos también estén centrados en sus proyectos.

The place was full of people waiting to get in. Everything was very orderly. A queue to scan the QR code and place a band to access the rooms. Everything flowed very quickly. When everything was ready, the event organizers, together with the journalists that made up the Expo image, among them Leahndo Andueza and Andrea Marstusciello, gave a warm welcome to all the public.
El lugar estaba lleno de gente esperando para entrar. Todo estaba muy ordenado. Una cola para escanear el código QR y colocar una banda para acceder a las salas. Todo fluyó muy rápido. Cuando todo estuvo listo, los organizadores del evento, junto con los periodistas que componían la imagen de la Expo, entre ellos Leahndo Andueza y Andrea Marstusciello, dieron una calurosa bienvenida a todo el público.

Companies and brands from all over the graphic arts sector, both commercial and industrial, had their stands set up, showcasing their products and services. Advertising is an industry that generates a lot of money and the graphic industry is very important.
Printers, embroiderers, billboard companies, advertising products, uniforms, sublimation and everything related to the graphic advertising industry was there. Not only local companies, there were also companies from other parts of the country, which had participated in the first edition of the expo held in Caracas last year.
Empresas y marcas de todo el sector de las artes gráficas, tanto comerciales como industriales, tenían sus stands preparados, mostrando sus productos y servicios. La publicidad es una industria que genera mucho dinero y la industria gráfica es muy importante.
Impresoras, bordadoras, empresas de vallas publicitarias, productos publicitarios, uniformes, sublimación y todo lo relacionado con la industria gráfica publicitaria estaba allí. No sólo empresas locales, también había empresas de otras partes del país, que habían participado en la primera edición de la expo celebrada en Caracas el año pasado.

The space is also ideal for networking between companies and the interested public. Making Expo Gráfica a window that helps to energize the industry and the economy. The investment of the participating companies was great, it was noticeable how they had mobilized equipment for the stands.
El espacio también es ideal para la creación de redes entre las empresas y el público interesado. Haciendo de Expo Gráfica una ventana que ayuda a dinamizar la industria y la economía. La inversión de las empresas participantes fue grande, se notaba como habían movilizado equipos para los stands.

Many of the stands had contests with excellent prizes. One of them was a printer for advertising material, others raffled three months of a billboard in the city. These are really valuable prizes that the winners will surely take advantage of and enjoy.
Muchos de los stands tenían concursos, con excelentes premios. Uno de ellos era una impresora para material publicitario, otros sorteaban tres meses de una valla publicitaria en la ciudad. Son premios realmente valiosos que los ganadores seguramente aprovecharán y disfrutarán.

The Expo also has a large panel of speakers who will be giving free lectures during the three days. Only the limitations of the room where the lectures are given, which has limited seating capacity, so those interested in the lectures should arrive early to gain access and have a seat.
Three days of a great event. Despite the crisis, there are companies that continue to bet on the future and boost the economy. The city this year has started off on the right foot, with many events of different industries that generate sources of employment and boost the productive apparatus.
If you are in the capital of the state of Lara, you have time to attend the Expo Gráfica Publicidad y Medios.
La Expo cuenta también con un amplio panel de conferenciantes que ofrecerán ponencias gratuitas durante los tres días. Sólo las limitaciones de la sala donde se imparten las ponencias, que tiene un aforo limitado, por lo que los interesados en las ponencias deberán llegar con antelación para poder acceder y tener un sitio.
Tres días de un gran evento. A pesar de la crisis, hay empresas que siguen apostando por el futuro e impulsando la economía. La ciudad este año ha empezado con buen pie, con muchos eventos de diferentes industrias que generan fuentes de empleo e impulsan el aparato productivo.
