Unlocking More Potential from the Featured Edition Contest

The Hive Learners community has proven to be very dedicated, committed, and consistent with their activities in the past 100 weeks. Permit me to say that the community team is always on duty, ensuring that what needs to be done is carried out successfully. Sometimes, I wonder if the community team usually goes for training from time to time to maintain such orderliness and improvements; perhaps they do. There's also an update on new things added, polite corrections on the part of the members, discipline for defaulters that is understandable, the members being given room to share their ideas and contribute to the growth of the community, and lots more. This is why it's very difficult for me to come up with suggestions on what needs to be improved on, but then I remembered that we can't be 100 percent perfect regardless of our efforts to maintain a set standard. There's always room for adjustments or improvements. But in the case of hive learners, there are just minimal things that need to be added while we maintain this level of standard in the community for greater achievement in the future.

    To serve us better:

The community can gradually work on her own token. I remember when we started the featured edition, we didn't start using HL-exclusive tags immediately. It was a member who is no longer active on Hive who brought up the idea of having a particular tag for the weekly contest, and the idea has been welcomed to date. So just like using the Neoxian tag can earn authors some hive engine tokens, the Hl community can have a similar thing like that. I know it's not something you can do so easily. It may take a lot of work by the developers, but I believe it's possible. It could also take longer to actualize this and require resources as well, but I believe that if we put it on budget, one day it will be an added advantage to the community, and we will keep growing and expanding.

Secondly, not enough members participate in our Saturday discord activities and the Monday hangouts. However, some people have been so active over there and often contribute to bringing up topics. How about giving prizes to people who always do this? This way, it would encourage people to participate in sharing topics that can be given each week. I am aware that the community supports its members well in their posts, but this kind of incentive can be a good encouragement to keep the ball rolling.

    Genre of topics

The community has been up to their game in bringing up different and dynamic topics to the authors every week, which many of us resonate with. However, I think we can explore more about finance. Of course, we all came for the crypto, but we are staying for the community. I think if we write more about finance, we will have the opportunity to learn diverse things that could change our financial status.

Another genre of topics we can explore is motivational or inspirational. Most times, people need to hear that word that could lift their spirits. They will be motivated to leave their comfort zone or stretch themselves to do better. A lot of people receive this kind of emotional transformation through motivational or inspirational speeches. How about we bring it here? I think it could be of help to many.

Finally, we all come from families, and exploring family topics will definitely benefit everyone. We can delve into ** history, memories,** and much more.

I feel if we treat more of this genre of topics, it would be best for us all.

In conclusion, hitting another milestone of week 200 is very possible if we keep to our consistency, commitment, dedication, sticking to the rules and set standards of the community, and always exploring new ideas. Together, we can make the Hive Learners community great beyond what we can think of or imagine.

Thanks for reading my thoughts on this💭
