Hey Actifiters!
It's hard to believe that it was 95° f yesterday - I'm pretty sure that set a record for late September. Plus, surprising that today is a little bit cloudy and the high is only expected to be 75° f.
The cooler weather today certainly made for a nice afternoon lunch walk. I took a walk and got a little over mile in. It certainly was nice to be out. Enjoying the fresh air and stretching. My legs. Being active is so good for my body and my mind.
Plus, being outside allowed me the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Even though I've lived here for almost 4 years, I still can't get over. How gorgeous the mountains surrounding Medford are. It's such a blessing to be able to live in a place like this.
After work, I played with my kiddos for a bit and then made dinner. After cleaning up from dinner, I changed the oil in my car. Thankful because it's a Subaru Forester, it sits high enough that I don't have to jack it up so an oil change goes pretty quick.
All said, it was a 12k step day which is pretty good :)
