Some books I will not recommend.

I know booktok and bookstagram hate to see me coming. I always have something quite distant from the topic to say. And they won't like this one too.

    • Okay, let's start with the first one. Right here we have Haunting Adeline by HD Carlton.

I was going through twitter earlier today and I saw a tweet;the user was complaining about how authors input rpe/ molesting scenes in a book and tag it romance. I decided to go through some of the comments and I saw some persons tagging that particular genre of book as dark romance. It falls under dark romance, yes but that's not dark romance. There should be another category for books like that, still under the dark romance genre should I say the least. I can say this because I've practically been reading dark romance for a very very long time and Haunting Adeline did not cut it. It's a good book, yes but let's exclude some of the early chapters in book one then we're good. Haunting Adeline is an extremely good book, only if you can let go of the rpe and molesting scenes. And I would definitely not recommend this book to someone but please if you have/ know a book like this one, don't hesitate to put me on.

    • The next book I wouldn't recommend would be Penelope Douglas' books. Most of her books are usually forbidden romance;incest and things like that and I for a fact do not mingle with books like that, gives me the icks.

Couldn't complete Credence without closing the book and taking deep breaths here and there out of bewilderment.

    • The Savage by Sophie Lark.

I used to be fan of smut scenes but not anymore. I've seen the light and realized a book doesn't need an erotic scene to be good. I'm not against smut scenes but let it not crowd the book! The Savage was full of it and that's an mba(a no).

    • Another book I will not recommend is any book with a shirtless man on the cover page. I mean why do you have to use a semi naked man to sell your book? Letting me know it's smut before actually reading it? What a let down.

    • Lust by Emma Hart.

I haven't read it but looking at the cover, smut? That's literally p**n. I would not recommend it.

Also,I'd like to make it clear that I have/had no intention to blindly criticize a book or bad mouth an author. If some of the things I said here come off as offensive to you,I sincerely apologize. And why do I have a feeling someone would definitely read all these book I mentioned?
    Thanks for reading.
