Buenos dias a todos, como se sabe hace un poco de frio, pero para el almuerzo, siempre se concidera degustar una comida , como en este caso la misma se trata de una tarta de pollo, la cual se elabora de la siguiente manera, ponemos a hervir una pechuga de pollo, la condimentamos luego, la quitamos del agua y la trozamos en pequeños trozos, luego tomamos una sarten.
Colocamos el pollo en la misma, le agregamos morron, cebolla, ajo y huevo, mesclamos lentamente, una ves que esta, le agregamos un poco de tomate, luego tomamos la masa de la tarta, colocamos en un molde, agregamos el relleno antes mencionado, u arriba de esta le colocamos la otra tapa de la pascualina y la llevamos al horno, cuando se pone de color amarronado, la quitamos y tenemos la tarta cocinada.
Mientras se enfria preparo sopa instantanea, como la que se ve en el plato, despues de degustar la misma, cortamos la tarta antes mencionada y comensamos a degustarla, la verdad salio muy rica.
Bueno de esta manera, como comente para el frio no hay nada mejor que un plato de sopa y luego esta rica tarta de pollo.
