    Greetings!

School, cute, funny, and humourous animes are some of my favorites because they always give very light emotions (not stressful) and make me smile and laugh once in a while too! One good example is "Hokkaido Girls Are Super Adorable!", it has all the elements that I am looking for in a cute and humorous anime from school, to cute girls, and humorous animation style.

    Warning: Spoilers ahead

    Plot

Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! (S1 E1) tells the story of a newly transferred High School male named Tsubasa Shiki who just moved from Tokyo for family reasons. On his first day at Hokkaido, he met a very nice and a little bit clingy female of the same age named Minami Fuyuki.

    Light and appealing background music

One of the elements that I am looking for when I am watching either a series or a movie is the music background and Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! (S1 E1) has an appealing background that makes the episode so engaging even if there are not many actions from the characters.

    Humorous animation style

Like I said earlier I like the humorous style of animation and Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! (S1 E1) did not disappoint. In the first five minutes of the episode, Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! (S1 E1) treated me with some humorous scenes which made me smile a bit (to be honest).

    I didn't see that coming...

While I am fully immersed in the first meeting of Tsubasa Shiki and Minami Fuyuki I did not expect a very clingy scene. In real life, this kind of scene is next to impossible even if the guy is very good-looking. Well, this is anime so anything is impossible. But I must admit that clingy scene is kind of cute.

    Another unexpected scene...

There's a scene that made me laugh a little bit and again it is unexpected (for me). Minami Fuyuki poured some snow on the neck of Tsubasa Shiki. It is quite funny, to be honest. In real life, if a male friend would do it on another male it could be chaos (because of retaliation). But since it is a girl who's done it to him I guess the the reaction is just appropriate. It is a nice scene and funny scene.

    You are lucky...

The final scenes of Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! (S1 E1) is a bit pulse-pounding. I don't know if Minami Fuyuki is trying to seduce Tsubasa Shike or if she's just a very clingy and sweet gal just like the way she was when they first met more than two days ago. One of the intriguing dialogues Minami Fuyuki delivered is "You're one lucky guy, turns out, Mom and Dad aren't home today". But it turns out that the meaning of the dialogue is that they will have all the time to use the living room without being disturbed by other people because Minami Fuyuki's room is not warm compared to the living room.

    Conclusion

Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! (S1 E1) has one of the lightest and most humorous plots that I have seen thus far this month. While some of the scenes are common it is still done in a different way that stands out. It helps that Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! is an anime as it was able to use that humorous animation style that couldn't be possible in a live-action series or movie. If you are a teenager or young at heart or just love this kind of anime Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! is for you.

That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.
