    1. Hydration is key: Drink plenty of water to keep your kidneys healthy. Water helps rid your kidneys of harmful substances like toxins and waste.

    3. Manage Blood Sugar: Maintaining stable blood sugar levels is important, especially if you have diabetes. Manage blood sugar properly with prescribed medications, a balanced diet, regular exercise, and regular monitoring.

    4. Be Active: Regular physical activity benefits both your kidneys and overall health. Exercise helps maintain a healthy weight, lower blood pressure, and increase circulation.

    5. Don't smoke: Smoking damages blood vessels and reduces blood flow to the kidneys, increasing the risk of kidney disease.
