Today is day 39 of my #seven77 regimen. I'm pretty sure I ate too much today and I'm going to see the results on the scale tomorrow. Then again, my gut has been mad at me all day and purging the system like mad, so maybe it'll all even out? I don't know.
I was in the office today, so I was standing and walking around all day. Came home, played with my kids for a bit, spent some time playing TFT, and now I'm heading to bed! Good night!
