This morning, early before the sun rose, to be precise, as soon as I got home from work, I went to the field to get some stones because I needed them to repair a small wall I'm working on at home.
Although the first photograph shows only stones, when I got closer to grab a stone, I saw a beautiful, colorful little animal with stunning colors on it.
It looked like it had four eyes, but that's probably just to scare off other predators. When I zoomed in, I saw that the two big white spots on its body were actually just two spots next to each other that, from a distance, look like eyes, which probably deters those who want to eat it, at least I think so.
I had to photograph it because I had never seen such a beautiful, small, and colorful animal that was about 4-5 cm in size.
I left it alone and went a little further to get stones from another pile so as not to disturb its daily peace and enjoyment of the morning sun.
